We strictly have a no returns policy on any hand made items due to these products being custom made. Please ensure you wish to keep and cherish any handmade items forever before placing an order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
Any items that are not handmade can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note, items from our goddess collection may embrace some minor imperfections. For instance, items from our goddess candle collection may embrace imperfections such as frosting. Frosting is a perfectly natural effect of using soy wax and is unique to vegetable waxes. It is the natural wax recrystallising and trying to return back to its natural state. All soy waxes will frost and it is a sign that 100% natural soy wax has been used.
